Report reaching schoolwatch.com.ng news desk has it that, Youths under the aegis of Advocates for Collective Transformation (ACT) yesterday turn out en mass to protest against the N4,000 registration fee introduced by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) for prospective members.
Addressing journalists, National President of ACT, Comrade Tayo Fashogbon, said the rally was meant to sensitise Nigerian youths on a number of socio-political issues including the recently introduced N4,000 registration fee.
“By this rally, we are saying it loud and clear that Nigerian youths reject NYSC N4,000 fee for online registration. We reject it, we condemn it and we call for immediate reversal of that directive,” Fashogbon said.
