Academic Activities Resumed In Ekiti State University

  Academic activities have resumed in Ekiti State University following the suspension of the industrial action embarked upon by all the industrial unions of the University.

 Subsequently, all members of staff are back on their duty posts while students have been arriving in large numbers to attend lectures.

The last union to suspend the industrial action was the Academic Staff Union of Nigeria Universities (ASUU).  The leadership of the union has called on its members to return to the classrooms immediately.

Earlier, all other unions have suspended their industrial action.  On this note, management of Ekiti State University has urged newly admitted students to continue with their registration process and await a new date for their matriculation ceremony.
