The management of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma(AAUE) wish to inform all admitted candidates that the processing of admissions for 2014/2015 academic session, which commenced on Monday, 8th September 2014, will end on Friday, 28th November 2014.
Consequently, any admitted candidate who fails to pay his/her acceptance fee, tuition fee and concessional fee on or before Friday, 28th November, 2014, would pay a late penalty fee of N5,000.00 (five thousand naira only). Thereafter, any defaulting candidate will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited his/her admission and will have his/her admission withdrawn.
Please note that the concessional admission fee is applicable only to those whose original course of choice was changed.
All admitted candidates are to submit their files containing the following to the Faculty Officers at their various Faculties:
Copy of their e-admission slip.
Copy of their clearance page and eligibility form.
Copy of their online-generated Matriculation number page.
Copies of the University receipt for acceptance, tuition and acceptance fees.
Sworn affidavit/undertaking to be of Good Conduct as collected from the office of the Dean of Students.
All admitted candidates are to be guided by the guidelines for the processing of their admission detailed below:
To proceed with the processing of your admission, you are expected to check your status on the University’s cPortal at www.myaau.com. If your admission status reads admitted, you should proceed to check your Clearance and Eligibility.
Once you have been cleared, please proceed to pay your Acceptance, Tuition and Concessional fees at the designated bank assigned to your faculty.
Thereafter, you are expected to log on to the cPortal using your PUTME Application Number as the username and PASSWORD as your password and then proceed to log in your acceptance, tuition and concessional fees PINs (confirmation order number) as shown on the eTranzact receipt from the bank or pay using your ATM debit cards.
Once your acceptance, tuition and concessional fees PIN is logged into the cPortal or paid using your ATM debit card, a Matriculation Number will automatically be generated for you.
Please check the University’s web site and college portal at www.myaau.com for further details on the procedure for checking admissions status, clearance/eligibility status, payment of acceptance, tuition and concessional admission fees for online Matriculation number generation.
Students are advised to collect their University receipt for acceptance, tuition and concessional fees from the University faculty accountants attached to their Faculties.
Copies of all relevant credentials, online generated matriculation number page, clearance/eligibility forms and University receipts are to be submitted in a file to the Dean of Students for clearance before submitting same to the Faculty Officers at the various Faculty offices on or before Friday, 28th November, 2014.
All admitted candidates are to visit the University’s college portal at www.myaau.com for further details on the guidelines for the processing of their admissions.
All successful candidates of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma are to be guided accordingly as the University Management will ensure strict enforcement of the deadline in line with the 2014/2015 academic session admission calendar.
